What's included in the 14-day trial?

The trial gives you access to Nexok's full set of tools. You can export up to 25 companies until you upgrade to a plan, and searches and lists are limited.

How do I upgrade?

Your account settings show every plan side by side. Pick the one that suits you, enter your card details in our secure billing form, and the upgrade applies straight away. Contact us if anything goes wrong.

Can I use the Basic plan for direct mail?

Basic is intended for research and company credit reports (£7.50 +VAT per report). With an average 1% conversion rate, a 50-letter campaign is unlikely to win new clients, so we don't recommend it for direct mail.

How much does it cost to send letters?

You can export and send letters yourself, in which case the cost depends on your own printing, postage, materials and time. Nexok can also send letters for you from £0.95 +VAT per letter, including printing, postage and materials. That price covers one page on 80gsm paper, dispatched within 28 days. For 100gsm paper or faster dispatch, start a trial and preview an export to see the options. The minimum order is £950 +VAT, which is 1,000 letters at that price.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Nexok runs entirely in your web browser.

How up to date is the data?

New companies are added as they're formed, and company and director records are refreshed from Companies House throughout the day.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Plans have no contract and you can cancel whenever you like. We can't refund months that have already been charged.
